"I have recently completed a 10-week supervisor training course conducted by Heinz as my facilitator.  Being new to the role of supervisor, I found the training to be tremendously helpful. There were many items I was exposed to during the course. Heinz has an excellent way of explaining things to help people understand. It's noticeable that he cares about what he is doing, and he wants people to succeed.  His patience and empathy for those who he is teaching is truly second to none. I feel I have come a long way in this 10-week course and Heinz was there for me throughout the entire process. He was always willing to answer all my questions and even met with me (virtually) outside of classroom hours.  He is an excellent coach and has given me more confidence in my role.
