I am a conscious leader that finds the ultimate reward in helping others to become their own best friend. Through more than 25 years of engineering, management, and executive experience, I discovered my passion for people and human behavior. This passion took me down a new career path that started with my Masters in Organizational Psychology. After resigning as Vice president of Manufacturing in a very accomplished Telecommunications company in Langley, British Columbia, I became a Consultant and Coach.
I leverage my executive experience and combine it with my education to achieve positive changes in individuals, teams, and organizations. I work with companies and individuals to unleash growth opportunities and align personal goals to business strategies. While some may find it complicated; it is truly listening, asking questions, and connecting the dots with people.
I am an expert in manufacturing and creating collaborative cultures for success. I believe in social justice, diversity, and happiness through work with others. I am passionate about travelling and learning, am extremely curious, enjoy the beauty and tranquility of nature (especially in a kayak or a walk in the forest), and most of all I love my wife.
